Privacy Policy

First for the disclaimer:
I am a writer, not a doctor-or expert in any field. I love reading and research, and I have a serious interest in good health. And usually good health through the most natural means possible. I will, however, try to include as many medical solutions as time permits.

That said, I am not, in any way suggesting that you try any treatment or remedy listed in my blog, ever. Only you can decide what you want to try. You and your doctor. But I would like give you fair warning. Many doctors frown upon anything considered natural.

Policy regarding all research requests: All requests will be answered in the order in which they were received. If I've already answered the question in another blog, I will make sure to give you that information. All blogs in answer to requests will include the URL's of the websites used to gather the information.

Requests for research for homework purposes: I do not do homework for anyone. I merely help find sources needed for the requester to use in preparing his/her assignments.

Now...

I'm going post the privacy policy Google says I need in the blog, change the date to the day I started everything so it's at the bottom of the blog, and then create a link to it on the side of the screen.

Anyway...here's the privacy policy I've come up with:

"Unlike other privacy policies, this is going to be short, sweet and to the point. Because I have sponsors for my hit counter and ads, I need to let you know that they will be exercising their rights to collect third party ‘cookies’ when you visit my website.

I don’t even pretend to understand everything involved in cookies, only that I need to allow them to visit some of the websites I visit. I also need to delete them from my control panel periodically or my computer will run slow. That is the total extent of my knowledge about them. Maybe if they had chocolate chips or nuts, I might show a little more interest but they don’t so...

Que sera sera.

I also know that if I don’t allow my sponsors to collect third party cookies, I can’t have the counter or the ads, both of which I want on my blog.

So...

Having passed this information along, you have two options. Continue reading my blog, which I will try to make as interesting and entertaining as possible, and deleting the cookies you pick up here along with the cookies you pick up at other websites. Or stop coming to my blog...which I sincerely hope you don’t decide to do.

If you continue visiting, it shall be understood that you agree to the collection of third party cookies and will hold me and the sponsors blameless from anything that might happen because of said cookies, whatever that may be.

And trust me, I have no clue what those things might be because, like you, I just clear them out from time to time."
